The Security Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring the premises to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and damage to property. This position also involves managing vehicle and parts deliveries.

• Actively support and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor the facility through patrols and security cameras to deter theft and vandalism.
• Verify and document incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper inspection of vehicles and parts.
• Control access to the premises, verifying identification and logging visitors or vendors.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activities, and relay findings to the Site Manager or local authorities.
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
• Ensure all entry points, including gates and doors, are secure.
• Assist in emergencies and adhere to established safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high‑pressure situations.
• Basic computer skills for documenting deliveries and incidents.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to walk the lot, inspect vehicles, and remain active in an automotive environment.
