• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross‑departmental interaction to complete maintenance or repair.
• Have specialized knowledge and expertise in lock‑smithing, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems to perform a variety of duties.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.

Must have one or more of the following:

• Graduate of trade school.

• 2 years of related experience.
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
