• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and attempt to remedy sources of customer‑perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (non‑Provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience in cable installation or a related field preferred.

• Routinely work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, and alone in remote locations; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine‑hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
