Full-Time Wash Operations Mechanic - Quality Car Wash, Holland MI

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wash Ops Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and optimizing car wash equipment performance and cleanliness at various locations throughout West Michigan. If you're passionate about learning, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring high-quality car washes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The ideal applicant should be able to lift at least 50 pounds, possess strong problem-solving skills, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Perform preventative maintenance on car wash systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and electrical components

Responsibilities:

• Learning and Oversight:
  Maintain top-tier wash quality by learning new skills and monitoring the performance of car wash equipment.
• Maintenance Tasks:
  Perform preventative maintenance on car wash systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Communication:
  Collaborate with management and the operations team to provide updates and resolve any operational challenges.
• Cleanliness Maintenance:
  Ensure car wash facilities remain clean and well-organized at all times.
• Travel:
  Visit multiple locations across West Michigan to conduct maintenance and maintain wash quality.

  Be open to varying work hours and occasional on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Mechanical
  
  Skills:
  
  Hands-on mechanical experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair car wash equipment.
• Physical Ability:
  Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work from a scissor lift, and operate in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail:
  Maintain a high standard of wash quality with a keen eye for detail.
• Drug Screen:
  Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
