• Handle all Service Agreements to improve customer efficiencies and focus on selling more aftermarket parts and the value of Fogg Service covering new equipment sales. Manage regular service calls between service agreement visits.
• Remain customer-focused to provide complete and total customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Service Group to generate reports, obtain parts or information for the customer, and identify the next job.
• Debrief the Customer Service Manager-Service/Project Manager after service trips to discuss information pertinent to general sales activities and new sales opportunities (e.g., new packaging lines, competitive equipment and activities, market trends).
• Collaborate with the parts department to present extended parts lists and emphasize the importance of stocking long-lead-time items to minimize downtime.
• Work with Engineering to design specialty items necessary to complete an order, including integration with existing customer equipment.
• Preferably able to work on mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.

• Ability to handle mechanical multi-task problems that may be encountered.
• High School diploma and 5 years of manufacturing experience. Skills include welding, parts fabrication, installation of machinery, basic electrical skills, light programming, and conveyor work.
• Working knowledge of drafting and application to specification and components.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical components.
• Travel required up to 25% of the work year.
• Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PC/computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of CAD preferred (Solid Works used).
