Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated janitorial and facilities maintenance professional for the Holland, MI plant. This Z shift (6PM–6AM) role involves cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep buildings and systems in top condition.
You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical tasks and janitorial duties, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior experience and the ability to work independently are essential.
