Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for the Z shift (6 PM–6 AM, Fri–Sun and rotating days). The role focuses on cleaning, repairing, and maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment to support our ESOP-driven, safety-focused culture.
You will perform HVAC maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks as needed, while ensuring site cleanliness and compliance with standards. Some weekends or overtime may be required.
