Appledorn South Assisted Living Center in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Aide to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the building, equipment and grounds safe, clean and well‑functioning for residents and staff.
You will complete work orders, perform routine maintenance, assist with painting and repairs, maintain exteriors, and participate in snow removal and on‑call weekends. Candidates must read and write English, be at least 18, and pass background and drug screenings.
