Facilities Associate - FL

Position: Facilities Associate - FL Based
Just Salad is seeking a facilities and maintenance professional that will join our team. Under the general direction of the Facilities Director, the Facilities Associate will manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across all Just Salad locations in the FL area. Facilities Associate are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with managers and Ops.

Reports to:

VP of Facilities

Facilities Associate Responsibilities:

• Light construction work consisting of carpentry, framing, Sheetrock, and tile work.
• Completing basic restaurant equipment repairs.
• Responding to emergency calls, including, but not limited to sanitary drain cleaning, false fire alarms, and critical equipment failing.
• Support initiatives to reduce Just Salad's environmental footprint.

Facilities Associate Requirements:

• Communicate well and understand English directions and instructions.
• Must be able to follow instructions, complete the projects on time, work independently and well with others.
• Have a working knowledge of small hand tools and light power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish + English) a plus (not required).
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and crawl around tight spaces.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle - travel required
