Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between properties and perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks. You will handle repairs, routine upkeep, and respond to resident requests while upholding Bell Core Values and safety standards.
The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years of maintenance experience. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required, with strong communication and customer service skills
