Project Manager - Motorized Window Treatments (High End Resi)

You Are:

A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on.

You Have:

Experience on projects with a focus on Motorized Window Treatments (measure, install, programming, maintenance, & service) across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar)

Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager or Installer (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Plan sets/Blueprints:
Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team

Scope of Work:
Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed (roller shades, draperies, & roman shades)

Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations

Measure and order appropriate products in a timely manner

Integrate with home automation systems

Perform system upgrades, software updates, & field modifications

Service calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience installing or managing projects with motorized window treatments

Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestron etc.

Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems

HEDSouth's Contribution to You:

$40/hr to $50/hr ($82k to $104k/yr) – Yup!
