Progress Residential is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our communities. This role emphasizes service to residents and upkeep of the property, including trash outs and general maintenance tasks.
The Porter works Monday–Friday with potential overtime and on-call responsibilities. Prior grounds/maintenance or janitorial experience is preferred, along with basic computer skills and the ability to handle physical tasks as described.
