Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide expert oversight of maintenance operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Oversee electrical systems, including low voltage applications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.
• Manage maintenance projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, with effective mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven experience in maintenance management practices and methodologies.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and a strong commitment to safety standards.
