The Field Production Operator supports internal and external client needs by performing job requirements in support of Facility and Pipeline Projects including preventative maintenance, mechanical installations & repairs, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns/incidents/issues promptly and willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may relate to a safety incident.
    • Performs work in strict compliance with permitting requirements, Alaska Safety Handbook (ASH) Standards and other compliance-oriented directives. The STP Facility Operator has STOP work authority.
    • Participating in safety meetings, work safely, and maintain a safe work environment as an employee and representative of CCI Industrial Services.
    • Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may occur while you are working.
    • Demonstrate and promote safe work practices by participating in JSA reviews, pre-job walkdowns and safety START card preparations covering work activities and materials required by the company and the client.
    • Promote and participate in Safety Programs.
    • Be a team player, striving for an interdependent, successful, and effective approach to meeting our vision, mission and business objectives:
    • Communicate daily status of current projects to Facility Operations and the O&M Superintendent as necessary to ensure all projects are timely and within company and client standards.
    • Attend and participate in required meetings, trainings, exercises, and drills.
    • Safely maintains equipment and supports pipeline operations, including reading / interpreting schematic drawings (Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&) and electrical), inspecting / monitoring equipment and maintaining operation / technical standards and/or governmental requirements.
    • Demonstrates the ability to monitor operations with minimal guidance. Ability to watch gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure equipment is working correctly.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain systems and equipment relay logic systems, PLCs, turbine controls, compressor surge flow totalizing loops, air drying systems, local and remote annunciators, gas/oil fired heaters and re-boilers, and valves of varying designs and manufacturers.
    • Work with tubing and piping fittings from vacuum to high pressures to exceed 5000 psi and electrical circuits with potentials up to 50 volts.
    • Maintains general knowledge of work site locations, equipment, and permitting.
