Service Supervisor; II - III - Slickline

• Under general supervision, lead a crew in providing a wide range of slickline services in a geographic area.
• Consult with customers concerning products and services, promote good customer relations at the well site, and insure customer satisfaction.
• Review the job design and confirm that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the purpose.
• Confirm that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job.
• Perform all aspects of the job in compliance with HMS processes.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, and consult with HES operations base as needed.
• Perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities (employee's ongoing participation in these pre and post-job processes will vary by location).
• Properly maintain assigned equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Interact with third parties whose activities could negatively impact slickline job execution process to assure proper coordination.
• Train service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise.
• Recognize possible sales opportunities for additional HES products and services and communicate them to appropriate HES personnel.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Conduct and document all Halliburton HSE related activities at the well site — site assessments and risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, etc.
• Complete all well site and post-job paperwork.
• Participate in post-job review with his/her supervisor.
• Promote and take an active part in the quality improvement process.
• Develop his/her knowledge and skills to be able to run the most complex, or complete range of, slickline services under the most challenging conditions.
• Develop mentoring and competency assessor skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of Wireline experience required.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Technical knowledge related to slickline products and services, processes, and documentation required.
• Customer service skills, communication, negotiation, recovery, and interpersonal skills required.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Service Supervisor III.

Additional Information:

• Halliburton covers the first flight from the lower 48 to Anchorage, AK.
• 10% Alaska living allowance is available to employees whose primary residence is in Alaska.
• 5% Alaska living allowance available to employee's whose primary residence is outside of Alaska.
• Lodging and meals provided during scheduled work rotation.
• Position is eligible for a monthly travel stipend for employees whose primary residence is outside of Alaska.
