Job Overview

Eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program tied to restaurant performance.
Responsibilities- Control profitability by maintaining cash control/security procedures, property inventory levels, labor costs, and financial reporting.
- Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
- Coach and train staff in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
- Manage inventory counts every other week.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Minimum one year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant (QSR) with P & L responsibility.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and remain standing or walking continuously during shifts.

CompensationCompensation is commensurate with skill, experience, location, and applicable law. Starting ranges vary by state:
- Maryland: $53,000 – $58,000
- New York: $55,000 – $60,000
- New York City: $65,000 – $70,000
- Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 – $58,000
Eligible for the standard bonus program and benefits as described above.
