Shift supervisor, Retail

Overview

We are seeking Shift Supervisors who want to master their craft and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, creating a WOW experience for our customers. The role involves overseeing assigned shifts and partnering with the shop leadership team for overall shop support.

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Build and lead a high‑performance team of hourly team members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and nurture a culture where all people feel welcomed and valued.

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture that empowers employees to showcase originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirement: 0‑10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures, noise levels, allergens (including nuts), and non‑air‑conditioned production areas.
