Job SummaryDRYmedic Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Carpenter to be under the supervision of the Construction Manager for all phases of residential and commercial site rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Masking and prepping the job site
- Spackling/mud work
- Sanding
- Priming
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Drywalling
Required Qualifications: - Ability to work 40 hours a week
- 2+ years of experience in reconstruction or mitigation restoration
- 2+ years of experience with drywall, painting, punch list items
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 30 lbs
- Able to solve problems with a sense of urgency
- Communicate well within the team
- Be positive and compassionate to your fellow employees, as well as the clients
- Professionalism is appreciated and expected
- Show integrity while you work, and have strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- IICRC Certificate is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of using tools and how to use them
