Design, develop, and test front-end and back-end applications using C#, .NET, SQL, Type Script, HTML, and CSS
Lead development efforts for software services handling real‑time IoT messaging and visualization workflows
Mentor and support junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
Ensure delivery of high‑quality, maintainable software through established design, development, and testing best practices
Translate customer requests and business requirements into clear, actionable technical stories
Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to ensure efficient, scalable, and well‑integrated solutions
Participate in code reviews, identify technical debt, and drive continuous improvement in coding standards
Stay current with modern web and software development technologies and share insights with the team
Gather, track, and analyze process and system data to support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical direction and recommendations based on industry best practices and prior experience
Assist with deployment processes and maintain accurate technical documentation
What We're Looking For:Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree and 5+ years of equivalent engineering or software development experience
- Strong conceptual understanding of software systems and associated technologies
- Senior-level, hands‑on experience with:
- C# using .NET Core, .NET 6, and .NET Framework
- Web APIs and RESTful services
- HTML, CSS/SASS, and professional web development practices
- SQL and relational database concepts
- 10+ years of equivalent engineering or software development experience
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as ReactJS
- Experience with UI build and tooling ecosystems (e.g., npm, gulp)
- Working knowledge of Web Sockets and real‑time communication technologies

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
