Head Baseball Coach; Seasonal

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baseball Coach to lead and inspire young athletes in developing their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching, teaching, and working with children, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging environment for players of all skill levels. • Plan and conduct baseball practices and training sessions tailored to various skill levels
• Teach fundamental baseball techniques, rules, and strategies in an engaging manner
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship and teamwork
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and games
• Manage behavior and promote good conduct among players during practices and competitions
• Coordinate with parents, school staff, or community organizations related to team activities
• Organize game schedules, equipment management, and team logistics

• Experience in sports coaching, particularly baseball or related sports such as basketball or cheerleading
• Background in teaching physical education or working with children in childcare or youth programs
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and focus among young athletes
• Skills in teaching fundamental athletic skills such as climbing, swimming, martial arts (karate, judo), or gymnastics are a plus
• Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire children while ensuring a safe environment
• Familiarity with health clubs or gym settings is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for effective instruction and collaboration with parents and staff
