Shift Work: Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Supervises and participates in keeping assigned buildings and building areas clean and orderly, including heavy lifting, cleaning places and equipment which are not easily accessible, simple building repair work and operating industrial type cleaning equipment; and performs other related duties as assigned.

• Legal Authorization to Work

• General Experience
  :
  Two (2) years of janitorial or related custodial work such as sweeping, dusting and cleaning of buildings.
• Supervisory Aptitude
  :
  Applicants must possess supervisory aptitude, demonstrated through supervisory duties or potential as described.
• Driver's License
  :
  Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
• Federal Criminal History Records Check
  :
  Applicants must undergo a fingerprint‑based criminal history record check and be found free of disqualifying convictions within the preceding ten years. Cost to applicant.
