Safety & Walk-Throughs:
Conduct daily safety walk-throughs of the entire facility to immediately identify, log, and resolve any immediate safety hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Preventative Maintenance:
Maintain a comprehensive log of preventative maintenance and perform monthly OSHA safety checks in strict accordance with OSHA and PM guidelines.;
Equipment Management:
Build and maintain an accurate history file on all fitness, facility, and specialized martial arts equipment to track longevity and repair cycles.;
Procurement & Inventory:
Efficiently procure necessary repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment while staying within budget guidelines.;
Special Projects:
Execute specialized facility projects and upgrades as directed by the General Manager and Operations Manager to continuously elevate the club environment.
