Maintenance Technician - Ka Haku, Hilton Club

Position: Maintenance Technician I - Ka Haku, a Hilton Club
Hilton Grand Vacations -  - Responsibilities:
Maintenance duties:
Perform routine and foundational maintenance tasks as assigned, following established procedures and luxury property standards.;
Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment, including but not limited to:
Replacing filters, caulking, light switches/outlets, and batteries;
Groundsperson duties:
Perform basic grounds upkeep tasks to support the overall appearance of the property, including light weeding, debris removal, leaf blowing, and walkway cleaning.;
Pool Tech and Water Features duties:
Support daily cleanliness and presentation of pool, water features, and wellness amenities.;
Monitor specialty amenities and wellness features, including Japanese-style ofuro soaking facilities, for cleanliness, temperature, and basic operational readiness, and promptly report irregularities to engineering leadership.
