Compensation Range: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly.

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping of storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, and other facility areas.
• Dispose of trash.
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing, masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

The role requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs, either assisted or unassisted.
