We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (15 hours weekly)
• Compensation per hour: $17.00

• Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.
• Cleaning restrooms, tenant spaces, elevators, and stairwells.
• Removing trash and replacing liners, disposing of waste in designated areas.
• Restocking supplies.
• Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20 lbs or more.
• Must pass an HBM prescreen check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
