Salary: $4,742 to $6,003 per month (SR‑18, Step C to I).
Duties
Summary:
Receive and coordinate requests for repair and maintenance of schools and other public buildings; conduct informal bid purchasing for supplies, materials and services required in repairs and maintenance; maintain pertinent operating and fiscal data; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Legal Authorization to Work: Citizens, nationals, permanent resident aliens, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Education: High school graduation. Excess experience may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis.
- General
Experience:
Two (2) years of general work experience that required keeping written records. - Specialized
Experience:
Three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in one or more of the following areas: scheduling building construction or maintenance work; purchasing building construction or maintenance materials or services; selling building construction or maintenance materials or services; estimating labor and material costs of construction or maintenance materials or services. - Supervisory Aptitude: Demonstrated aptitude or potential for supervisory duties through completion of assignments that involved supervisory responsibilities or aspects.
- Driver's License: May be required at the time of appointment.
