Experienced Automotive Technician

Dealership: L0253 Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac (Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac)

Class A and B Pay: $30-$55 Per Flat Rate Hour DOE

Schedule:

Full Time

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

• Prior automotive repair experience required, 2+ years ASE and manufacturer certification.
• Desired A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. The average wage range for this position is $30.00-$55.00 per flat rate hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
