Conduct daily safety walk-throughs of the facility and log, resolve safety hazards;
Maintain a comprehensive log of preventative maintenance and perform monthly OSHA safety checks;
Build and maintain an accurate history file on all fitness and equipment;
Procure necessary repair parts, materials, tools within budget guidelines;
Execute specialized facility projects and upgrades as directed by the General Manager and Operations Manager
