This is a full-time, on-site role for Professional Cleaners for Vacation Rentals, located in Honolulu, HI. In this position, you will clean and prepare vacation rental units after guest departures, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and changing linens. You will restock essential supplies, report any damages or maintenance issues, and ensure each unit meets company cleanliness and presentation standards before new guests arrive.

The role also involves following established checklists, handling cleaning equipment and products safely, and working efficiently to meet scheduled turnaround times. You will collaborate with supervisors and property managers to support a smooth guest experience.

• Strong skills in general cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing residential or hospitality spaces.
• Ability to follow checklists, standard operating procedures, and quality control guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of safe handling and proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to work within tight turnaround windows between guest stays.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on guest-ready presentation and consistent standards.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday; capable of handling physically active tasks.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work well with supervisors and team members.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, vacation rentals, hotels, or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules aligned with guest check-in and check-out times.
