Duties
You will provide administration and surveillance on a variety of service, maintenance, and repair contracts.
You will prepare cost allocation to tenant activities for recurring maintenance and services performed under service contract.
You will review plans and designs, and analyze drawings, specifications, maintenance records and other sources and make recommendations for repairs and maintenance of facilities.
You will maintain various automated databases to track actions, close out accounts, document contractor performance, document recommendations for changes, and to document facility maintenance and repair cost records.
