Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Punahou Circle Apartments (96 units) in Honolulu.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; on-call emergencies. You will complete work orders, perform building maintenance, and ensure safety standards across electrical, plumbing, painting, and door systems.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience and a high school diploma. Certifications (HVAC, CMRP, etc.) are a plus.
