IVY AT HAWAII KAI is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Landscaper to care for the community's physical plant, exterior and interior common areas, and resident units in line with our mission and values.
Responsibilities include basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work; turnover support, grounds maintenance (pool/spa), safety compliance, and teamwork with other departments. Six months' maintenance experience preferred; HS diploma required; MS Office skills; background checks completed.
