This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.

Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Align with company initiatives and benchmarks. Champion one another's growth to achieve more together.

What You'll Bring We require 2+ years prior automotive repair experience

We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.

Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.

We want you to help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trust experiences for our customers.

Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity The average wage range for this position is $30.00-$55.00 per flat rate hour Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
