- Used Vehicle Technician Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per Flat Rate Hour

This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all repairs according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.

Constructively communicate with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.

What You'll Bring Certification/Training:
Must demonstrate confidence with lube and maintenance services, engine repair, suspension/steering repair, brake repair and heating and A/C repair (optional).Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 100%
We require 2+ years of experience as a Technician in a dealership or shop.

We prefer ASE certifications

Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.

Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity The average wage range for this position is $20.00-$40.00 per Flat Rate Hours Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
