Integrated Facility Services Hawaiʻi (IFSH) is a locally operated company providing janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, and comprehensive facility management services across the Hawaiian Islands. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of an assigned property. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys managing people, coordinating services, addressing issues, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with clients, residents, vendors, and team members.

Position Information
  • Annual Salary: $41,000–$72,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Employment: Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call opportunities
  • Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call duties depending on site requirements
  • Work Location: On-site

Your Responsibilities

The Site Manager will be responsible for helping ensure the assigned property operates smoothly and meets company and client expectations. Duties may include:

  • Overseeing daily activities and operations at assigned properties
  • Managing maintenance requests, repairs, and property improvement projects
  • Addressing concerns from residents, tenants, and clients in a timely and professional manner

    Performing regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality
  • Developing positive working relationships with clients, residents, vendors, contractors, and employees
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring third‑party vendors and service providers
  • Assisting with expense monitoring and budget‑related tasks
  • Ensuring site operations follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Keeping accurate records, reports, logs, and other required documentation
  • Attending meetings and handling other administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Authorized to legally work in the United States
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Able to pass required pre‑employment and random drug testing
  • Able to successfully complete a background check
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities may change
  • Able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
Preferred Experience & Skills

We welcome candidates with a variety of professional backgrounds. The following experience or skills are preferred:

  • Previous experience supervising employees or managing operations
  • Two or more years of experience in property, residential, or facility management
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make independent decisions
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, reports, and documentation
  • Educational background in business, hospitality, accounting, property management, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance
  • Experience in housekeeping, facilities, security, operations, or administrative roles
