Hui Huliau is a nonprofit Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and community service organization whose business activities principally benefit Native Hawaiians. As an NHO we operate under U. S. Lead and perform custodial and janitorial services at Building 77. Serve as the on-site, designated point of contact for the Government (COR), direct the crew, run quality control, and personally perform cleaning and floor-care tasks. This is a working supervisor role.

• Supervise and schedule a 3-person custodial crew; assign daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks (PWS 6.1 to 6.4).
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for the COR; receive and respond to service requests; keep the Government informed.
• Run the quality control program: inspect work against the standards, document deficiencies, and correct them.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and floor care alongside the crew, including restrooms, offices, trash, and machine floor work.
• Coordinate installation access and badging; enforce conduct, safety, and security rules in a Restricted Area.
• Manage supplies and equipment; maintain the janitor closets and a two-week supply inventory.

Position Custodian Supervisor - Hawaii

• US citizen with an active interim or final DoD Secret clearance (required).
• At least 3 years of custodial or janitorial experience, including 1 to 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, at a facility of comparable size and complexity.
• Working knowledge of floor care (strip, wax, burnish, machine scrub, carpet care) and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Able to read and apply cleaning schedules and quality standards; reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, and use equipment for a full shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
