Maintenance Technician

Danberry at Inverness is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! The hourly rate is $22 per hour + $500 sign on bonus. Benefits include:

This is a Full Time position and you must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-4:30pm.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:

* Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, appliance repairs and painting.

* Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.

* Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.

* Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.

* Perform minor building and equipment repairs.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience

* Minimum one year experience in building maintenance

* One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance preferred
