Danberry at Inverness is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! The hourly rate is $22 per hour + $500 sign on bonus. Benefits include:

This is a Full Time position and you must be able to work Tues‑day‑Saturday from 8am-4:30pm
.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:

• Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, appliance repairs and painting.
• Receive service requests and respond in a timely manner.
• Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
• Perform minor building and equipment repairs.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience
• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
• One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance preferred
