Maintenance Supervisor
Galleria Woods Senior Living – Hoover, AL
Pay Range: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience). Full‑time position.
About the roleAs Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure our campus, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing, remains safe, functional, and welcoming. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily maintenance operations and overseeing the maintenance team
- Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Supporting a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred)
- Supervisory experience (3+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of life safety systems is a plus
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and lead by example
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused
- Must successfully pass a background check
