Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including grills and clamshell systems, fryers and filtration systems, refrigeration, beverage and ABS systems, ice machines and shake machines;
Preventive Maintenance:
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance routines and maintain service logs;
Facilities & Building Upkeep:
Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant including lighting, plumbing fixtures and restrooms, HVAC monitoring, and basic repairs;
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all equipment operates within food safety and operational standards and follow OSHA and McDonald’s safety protocols;
Operational Support:
Prioritize repairs impacting peak operations and communicate with General Manager on equipment status
