, our Floor Technician Porter team plays an essential role in creating a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable environment for our residents. Every clean common area, fresh laundry delivery, and well-prepared event setup helps improve the quality of life for the seniors we serve.

• Position: Floor Technician/Porter
• Schedule: Part Time Monday-Friday, 5 p.m.
  
  - 9 p.m.
• Part Time, Sat - Sun 3 p.m.
  
  - 7 p.m.
• Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
• Location: Galleria Woods Senior Living, Hoover, Alabama

As a Floor Technician/Porter, you'll help ensure our community remains clean, comfortable, and inviting by:

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, and public restrooms
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and caring for floors and carpets
• Collecting and disposing of trash
• Assisting with room and event setups
• Maintaining housekeeping equipment and supplies
• Following daily work assignments and priorities established by supervisors
• Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members
• Maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality at all times

We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who:

• Experience using scrub and extractor machines
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Can understand and follow instructions in English
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
• Can lift up to 30 pounds
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
• Have previous porter, housekeeping, laundry, janitorial, or healthcare environmental services experience (preferred but not required)
