Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
* Facility Repairs:
Troubleshoot and fix issues with plumbing, light fixtures, door hardware, windows, and classroom furniture.
* Preventative Maintenance:
Routinely inspect and service building systems, including heating, cooling, fire alarms, and emergency egress routes.
* Groundskeeping & Safety:
Perform landscaping, clear exterior walkways (e.g., operating snow plows), and address safety hazards around the campus.
* Event & Move Coordination:
Set up and tear down furniture or equipment required for daily school activities and after-hours functions.
* Work Order Management:
Prioritize and track daily maintenance requests through district management software.
