Lead approximately 20 E&I maintenance general mechanics and oversee their safety, training, and work assignments;
Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and repairs with Operations Maintenance Coordinators and E&I Planners;
Attend maintenance planning meetings to prioritize work and manage break-in work;
Oversee outages and collaborate with production operators to address issues and opportunities;
Mentor and teach E&I Technicians and operations personnel; monitor operations and implement improvements;
Assist in developing operating budget and monitor expenditures for the assigned area;
Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources to effect repairs;
Maintain records of work performed and materials used
