We’re seeking a hands‑on leader with a strong maintenance background who takes pride in keeping a property running smoothly and efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multi‑family housing
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Proficiency in general maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to respond to after‑hours maintenance emergencies
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in outdoor weather conditions

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete make‑readies efficiently
• Supervise maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping staff
• Manage maintenance inventory and adhere to budget guidelines
• Provide exceptional service to residents, creating a positive living environment
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work as needed
• Lead by example and foster a safe, clean, and well‑maintained community
