** Job Details:
**** Starting pay $23.25
**** Scale House Operator (Dispatcher) Wednesday - Saturday Days
** This position is responsible for dispatching company/lease drivers, weighing incoming loads and maintaining required documentation while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
** Tasks:
** This position will coordinate pick up all raw product between drivers and the plants, weigh all incoming product and maintain communication with the drivers and the plants.  Prefer experience as dispatcher, weigh master or clerical.  Must be able to communicate with customers and plants.  Basic understanding of math, DOT logs and ability to complete any required documentation for all loads.  

This position requires a current Arkansas Driver’s License and must pass Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment.  Must have the ability to read and understand policies, procedures and regulations.  Must have the ability to document information.  Must have the ability to communicate with others written and verbally.  If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview.#

** Scale House Operator** – Must have at least
** 3 months of work history within the past 24 months**.
** Dispatching experience preferred.
**** Requirements:
** Must be willing to work A, B, C or D shift.  Applicants must be 18 years of age.  All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
