High school diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by training in all phases of welding and metal fabrication techniques; and one (1) year as a welding experience and/or metal fabrication; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a Class B CDL (or capable of acquiring within 90 days of employment) and a clean driving record. Must furnish own tools (allowance provided).
