This role generally requires a basic to mid-level
maintenance/handyman skill set and does
not require any certifications
.
The team member typically has experience with:
- Light maintenance and repair (changing ceiling tiles, tightening hinges, minor plumbing fixes like unclogging drains, adjustments for sinks, toilets, faucets)
- Basic electrical tasks that do not require a license (replacing bulbs/ballasts, resetting breakers)
- HVAC support (filter changes, reporting issues to the engineer)
- General facility upkeep and preventive maintenance
- Assisting the building engineer or facility manager with daily tasks
- Vendor escorting and support during repairs
- Basic drywall patching and paint touch-ups
- Basic tools, knowledge, and safe work practices
- Provide hands-on support to keep day-to-day maintenance running smoothly.
