• Guaranteed hourly pay for full‑time employees (30 hours per week or 4 days per week)

• Accountable for supplies, residence keys, files, and other personal information
• Team player; work with a partner at all times
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Must be able to arrive at our office by 8:00 am, Monday‑Friday
