Day Porter
Primary responsibility: ensure restrooms are fully stocked and maintained in excellent condition, and keep common areas clean and orderly. Additional duties include responding to work orders, assisting with toilet and urinal overflows, and performing light technical tasks such as replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles.
Ideal candidate: professional attitude and appearance, initiative‑taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Janitor experience is a plus but we will train.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time.
- Pay rate $14.00 per hour.
