Join a Leading Manufacturer in Industrial Refrigeration
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician ready to take the next step in their career. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll supervise the start-up of state-of-the-art refrigeration systems, conduct maintenance and warranty work, and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues. You'll also be involved in cutting-edge product development from a service and controls perspective.
Full product manufacturing training is provided — giving you the opportunity to become an expert in highly specialized industrial systems. You’ll gain direct insight into how our products are built, operated, and maintained, ensuring you're fully prepared to handle any service challenge.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise on-site start-ups of advanced industrial refrigeration systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and warranty service procedures.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, including compressor repairs.
- Provide input on new and existing product development from a service standpoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve controls-related issues (PLC and Microlink).
- Maintain and service spiral freezers.
- Train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
- Recommend tools, procedures, or solutions to improve service operations.
- Complete timely and accurate service documentation (time sheets, reports, etc.).
- Perform other duties as needed to support service excellence.
What You Bring
- Education: High school or trade school diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 4 years working with industrial refrigeration equipment.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable with 70% travel across the U.S.
